Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau took their love to the red carpet.
The pop star and Canada’s prime minister turned heads Monday night when they made their red carpet debut together at the Tribeca Festival, putting their love front and center in a series of romantic photos.
Perry, 41, and Trudeau, 54, met for photographers at the premiere of “Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris” in New York City, smiling, hugging and sharing intimate moments during the appearance.

In one photo, Perry placed his hand on Trudeau’s chest as the two locked eyes. Another captured the singer with her arms around Trudeau’s shoulders as they got close. The two also flirted with each other while looking at the cameras.
The former Canadian frontman appeared proud to support Perry as he celebrated the premiere of his latest concert film.

“This is a lot different than ‘Part of Me,'” the “Firework” singer told People, referring to his 2012 documentary. “That was a documentary about my life, and this is the ultimate concert experience for fans.”
“I mean, I’m doing all this for my fans because they’ve supported me all these years, 18 years, and it’s a fun thing to put together,” Perry noted.

For the premiere, Perry wore a halter-neck white dress featuring rose designs. She did her hair in a classy style. Trudeau looked sharp in a black suit and white dress shirt.
The red carpet outing marks the latest milestone in the two’s strained public relationship.

Last October, Perry and Trudeau sparked romance rumors when they were photographed sharing PDA on the singer’s yacht, the Caravelle, off the coast of Santa Barbara.

One photo showed Trudeau kissing Perry on the cheek as he pulled her into a hug. In another, the “Dark Horse” singer met Trudeau as he put his hand down.

The romantic couple appeared after major changes in the lives of both of them.
Perry and Orlando Bloom confirmed their separation in July 2025 after ten years together, ending Hollywood’s most high-profile relationship.
Trudeau, meanwhile, announced his separation from wife Sophie Grégoire in 2023 after 18 years of marriage.
