Big winning bowls in what NOT to do in the swing

Padraig Harrington talks about what not to do in golf, and admits that it’s surprising, although there are some things that shouldn’t be done.
It’s just the name itself.
He said: “I am usually a confident person.
Still, Harrington was ready for what he called “a big lesson in what not to do.” The thoughts came from a video recently posted on the YouTube channel of the winner of three major titles, which has become a must-visit order, and his latest posts must be watched, despite that negative vibe. You can watch it below, and below are some comments.

What Padraig Harrington can do with the golf swing
Don’t put your head down
You heard this one. But it needs repeating. “Definitely, keep your eye on the ball,” Harrington said in the video, “but your head is nice and relaxed. It’s not down on your chest. For most people, it’s going to rotate a little bit on the way back, and certainly on the follow-through, it’s going to be high. … Your head has to move.”
Don’t keep your feelings quiet or locked down
During the swing, Harrington wants to avoid a fixed position. “You can’t create speed, there’s no power; you’ll go offline,” he said in the video. “Your feet have to move at address … and then go back and forth. So it’s just a little step. That’s why we do all these step exercises. You have to move your feet when you’re going to hit the golf ball.”
Do not sit down while swinging
Harrington said this was “almost embarrassing.” “So when you hit the golf ball, you’ve got to come up to hit the golf ball. … OK, so our chest says stay down, but everything else is coming up. You’re coming from the left side. … So, we’ve got to make sure you do that natural thing. Keep your eye on the ball, but make sure you’re jumping with those legs up. You can keep the ball up.”
Do not swing slowly
Your retreat, Harrington said, should be set in “your natural rhythm, whatever that is.” “Some people will be fast, some people will be slow,” he said in the video. “What we know is that professional golfers, I think, swing about three times faster than junior golfers. So, backswing is a natural rhythm at that kind of speed. … So, it’s a good speed for it.”
Don’t swing easily
Sometimes, he will, though, Harrington said. “But you have to practice swinging as fast as you can sometimes and then slow it down to play,” he said in the video. “Don’t get all the shots down because there will be open drives where you have to go all out. But generally, don’t swing slow and easy. Swing hard and fast sometimes so you can swing 90 percent comfortably and keep your rhythm.”
Don’t pretend
“You have to release the club with your hands as much as you can,” Harrington said in the video. “So throw that club like you’re going to throw it down. … People who play – and this is like everything else in golf, it’s almost the opposite – so people who don’t press down on the grip at this point and the club’s power is thrown out and they lose all speed and power and hit. … So release the club very quickly by swinging from the top.”
Don’t swing
“So a bad thought turns on your hip if you don’t connect with anything because that usually brings the hands with it, causing you to swipe the ball and hit the slice,” Harrington said in the video. “Don’t rotate your body. When you touch, your shoulders will be close to square, maybe open 10 degrees. Your body will be 30 and maybe your hips will be 45. … We don’t try and turn. What we do is actually push. We push. So, we go down on the left side. ours. Impact
Can Harrington explain what to do?
He couldn’t.
“When you finish your golf swing, put it up on your left leg, left leg straight, your chest up and up, a little arch, your right shoulder close to your target, your head up in the air like that, you’ll probably be doing all those things correctly,” Harrington said in the video. “But remember, avoid what you shouldn’t try and get that perfect position at the end and you’ll be doing it all – you’ll be doing well enough to be a good golfer.”
