The Phillies announced that they have recalled right-handed players Alex McFarlane from Double-A Reading. He will be making his big league debut as soon as he gets into the game. The Phils had a roster spot because of yesterday’s moves, where they let go Taijuan Walker and you can choose Alan Rangel while remembering Nolan Hoffman.
