Red Wings Sign Top Prospect Goalie Trey Augustine, Send Him To Grand Rapids
Trey Augustine is coming to the American Hockey League. The Detroit Red Wings signed their promising goaltending prospect after a successful three-year career at Michigan State. Augustine’s rookie contract with the Red Wings doesn’t start until next season, so he signed an ATO with the Grand Rapids Griffins, where he will finish the 2025-26 season.
